Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, and for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, all sales are final.

Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for these reasons. We kindly ask that you carefully review the details of your order, including sizes, styles, and designs, before completing your purchase.

The only exception that applies is if a size is not the right fit, you can request an exchange within 1–2 days of receiving your nails. The set must be unused and in new condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
